: ‧Country responsibility: Asia Pacific Countries including Japan, Greater
: China, India, and other 10 Asia Countries
: ‧Reporting line (who this person reports to): Head of Customer Excellence,

: Key Individual Accountabilities
: ‧Develops and executes on an aligned direction for Customer Excellence
: based on centralized monitoring & decision making.
: ‧Maximizes the capabilities of the Customer Excellence organization
: through system and tool enhancement, global project resource allocation and
: training and process documentation.
: ‧Allows organization to deliver differentiated value to our customers and
: through preparation for an integrated end to end state.
: ‧Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes
: and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business processes and
: improvements to those processes.
: ‧Researches best business practices within and outside the organization to
: establish benchmark data.
: ‧Carries out risk assessments and implements measures to ensure compliance.
: Provides technical knowledge, advice and support to Customer Excellence
: organization to resolve requests and maximize the benefits derived from the
: organization's products and/or services.
: ‧Leads own team of professional staff to identify and resolve technical,

: Key Skills/Knowledge
: ‧Uses advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems or problems

: ‧Strong IT background with track record in system analyst will be a plus
: ‧Has in-depth business knowledge and uses understanding of how relevant
: areas integrate to achieve objectives.
: ‧Applies technical expertise, analytical skills and judgment in the
: analysis of factual information in complicated or novel situations, takes a
: broad perspective to problems and identifies new, less obvious solutions,
: anticipates patterns and links, looks beyond the immediate problem to the
