[疑問] 省略號與等等

請問：

「省略號（……）」全等於「等等」嗎？

只要有「省略號（……）」就不能用「等等」嗎？

「省略號（……）」本身就代表許許多多，也是「等」或是「等等」的意思嗎？

假如要用「等等」，就不能使用「省略號（……）」嗎？

為什麼每本書寫的都是「……等等」？

同理：

假如要用「及」就不用再用「，」？
