This rumor pops up every once in awhile, but this time, Kristen Bell herself
has commented on how she wants to make an on-screen appearance as Gossip Girl.

The actress who narrates the series as the mysterious blogger - who was seen
on set last month - wants to emerge from behind the scenes to play a bit part.

"I've pitched [exec producer] Josh Schwartz a couple of times for me to be on
camera as a waitress or something but he wasn't buying it," Kristen Bell told
the New York Daily News. "Hopefully he'll change his mind in the future!"

Could you see Kristen Bell on the UES? Will we see her when Serena tries to
unmask Gossip Girl this season? Would you like to see her in a different role?
