Please describe in detail the procedures of the
cloning and expression of ONE of the following genes:
(a) Human growth factor
(b) Human insulin
(c) Human erythropoietin (EPO)
Hint: You need to describe how to prepare the insert DNA, and the
vector, cloning host, protein expression host, etc. for cloning and
protein expression. In addition, please describe all the necessary
procedures for making sure you get what you intended to obtain.
