由於Streptomyces strain是一種嗜氧的細菌, 培養過程中會把medium裡面的氧氣給消耗
光, 進而影響到他抗生素的產量
改善方法:
把運送氧氣的基因送到Streptomyces strain裡面 (Vitreoscilla裡面有homodimeric
heme protein 類似血紅素裡面的hemoglobin), 能夠去有效的利用medium裡面的氧氣,
大約產量會增為原來的10倍左右
