THIS IS THE VOLUME ROTATING ABOUT Y-AXIS WITH THE CURVE x(y) UNDER THE AREA
BETWEEN y=8,x=0, AND x=y^(1/3), THUS YOU MUST CALCULATE THE CYLINDERICAL
VOLUME ABOUT x=2 ROTATING y-axis AND THEN ELIMINATE THEM.

The cylinderical volume about x=2 rotating y-axis from y=0~8 is easy to show
