Exercise on IPC(Inter-Process Communication)
* Use pipe(), popen(), pclose() etc. to write a client program and a
server program (NOTE, client and server cannot be in the same program)
* The client should fork() a new process to exec() the server program
* The client should communication with the server using pipe
* The client reads character from standard input, and sends it to server
through pipe
* The server transfers lowercase characters to uppercase and vice versa,
and then sends the result back to the client through pipe
* The client prints the result into a file which is specifiled as command
line argument
