Team Reservation Setup
To make a reservation for a team,
Enter the team name and pick a site. To change the team name or site,
email the contest registrar.
Add contestants and reserves. We collect the name, email address, phone,
hometown, ACM number (if they have one), date of birth, gender, and
T-shirt size. We collect the date they entered their current degree
program, the expected date of graduation, the degree pursued, and the
area of study. Finally, we ask whether we can publish contact
information on the web and whether it would be OK for IBM to contact
them about intern, educational, and employment opportunities. Request
this information from your contestants by email and then add them to the
reservation.
Add guests. We collect the name, email, phone, T-shirt size, whether you
wish to order a T-shirt, and their role.
Note: Contestants, reserves, and guests may be added and edited any time
before the close of registration, so make team reservations now.
