Note that the description of the 5th problem is modified to make it easier
to solve, but that does not mean we will grade your program that way. As I
said before, the test data will be simplified so that the optimal solution
will not be affected no matter you allow multiple usage of transporter or
not. The test data will be uploaded when they are ready.
