埃森哲公司招聘IT Support实习生
每周一、三、五上班，11月底開始，持續3個月，可以續簽。
工作地點：台北市敦化南路二段218號21樓
要求： 在校學生，或畢業但尚未服兵役，本科以上學歷，資訊管理、資訊工程相關專業
，英語中文均良好，有IT工作經驗者優先。

工作內容:
[Workstation]
- Follow global guidance on PC distribution
- Support end users on troubleshooting IT related problem
[Voice]
- PABX management (account creation/modification/deletion)
- Voice system management (account creation/modification/deletion)
- Analyze carrier bills and call accounting system report
- Coordinate with global team for data collection
[Server]
- Perform system upgrade and maintenance periodically
- Coordinate with global team for any server activity
[Operation]
- Provide IT training for end users
- Contract Maintenance
- Coordinate with Helpdesk agents on dealing with users incidents
[Requirement]
- Basic English reading/writing/listening
- Windows server 2000/2003 knowledge
- Windows XP, Vista knowledge
- Cisco Call Manager knowledge is a plus
