So, the fair thing to do would be either uniformally eliminate the free points
or uniformally add 10 points to EVERYONE.
Here are problems for eliminating the given out points:
1. When you gift someone a gift, you don't ask it back. It becomes theirs.
2. How do you know who got the 10 points? (assuming there was no track record)
Here are problems for giving everyone the free 10 points:
1. A few more students might pass (is that really a problem??)
2. Less students fail...
