2. STIR in 1 cup cold water
這個不懂, 是指在 1 的小碗, 再加入 1 杯冷水嗎 ?
3. REFREGERATE 4 hours or until firm. Make 4(1/2-cup) servings.
冷藏 4 小時或直到凝固. 4 人份(每人半杯?)
Speed-Set Methods (快速作法)

until completely dissolved.
把 3/4 杯滾水到入裝有乾吉利丁的小碗裡, 攪拌至少 2 分鐘直到完全溶解.
ADD enough ice cubes to 1/2 cup cold water to measure 1-1/4 cups.
加入足夠的冰塊 ???????? , 什麼是 measure 1-1/4 cups????
Gradually add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
漸漸加入吉利丁, 攪拌直到輕微的變的無法攪拌 ?
(還要再加吉利丁 ????)
Remove any unmelted ice.
把還未溶掉的冰塊挑掉.
冷藏 30 分鐘會軟軟的, 或是 1 到 1-1/2 小時會硬一點.
