我大概一個多月沒碰籃球吧
今天心血來潮想說去打一下
不料跟朋友PK完就感到膝蓋有點無力感
有點痠痠的 兩腳都是
接著去系籃練完球
現在膝蓋無力到一個不行
這不會是什麼傷害吧...
很怕我的膝蓋怎樣
雖然自從高中以後我就覺得他們真的已經有傷了...
