之前因為在Amazon訂錯了貨物
寫信給客服
客服回信說無法幫我取消，因為已經進入Shipping的程序了
（24小時內發送，實際上5分鐘就發送了……）

請我用refused的方式退回：

You may also refuse this shipment when it arrives. Refusing the
shipment allows you to return it without having to pay for return
shipping.

If the package is delivered by mail and you are not present when
it is delivered, you may write "Refused--return to sender" on the
unopened box and leave it for your postal carrier to pick up. For
other carriers, you may wish to contact the carrier for
instructions on refusing a package.

現在寄來了||||||||b
可是我該拿這個包裹去哪裡退？
（上面也沒電話……）

→ azurecell:我不會說德文…Orz
推 spice:Deutsche Post是DHL 德郵集團 跟DHL聯絡就好了
