一、簡介
大衛‧威斯納出生在美國紐澤西州，得到羅得島技術學院插畫學位。
大衛從高中起，就用對圖畫來說故事很感興趣，接觸過默片和無字漫畫的製作。
大衛在學生時代創作了一幅長達九英尺的畫，主題是「自由落體」，這成為他的第一
本書，也為他贏得1989 Caldecott獎。
