最近在寫一篇論文，需要知道0.18um電路的大約參數。
因為我是做EDA的，對電路特性不是那麼熟，不知道有沒有人能幫我
看一下，看看我用的參數合不合理？
gate delay: 0.025ns-0.15ns
unit capacitance: 131.53pF/m (of wirelength)
unit resistance: 337KOhm/m (of wirelength)
driver resistance: 2.5K-10KOhm
port capacitance: 0.0149pF
