記得陳博志老師曾說，
經濟學家的討論往往時有紛爭，難有結論，
有時真的在學界有了一致的結論，政府卻又不會照做。
解決問題的方法可以有很多，
十全十美的方法卻經常沒有。
其實我現在想問題，都只是個人興趣，
或許這些討論將來可以影響我的決策，
不過現在我只是發發牢騷，沒什麼得出結論的企圖就是了。
