在NYYFANS看到的..作者是RollingWave

Actually, reading scouting reports and seeing most of his games,
Wang is not a 1 pitch pitcher.... at least not suppose to be.

He's pitches are
2-seam (main pitch)
4-seam
slider
change up
splitter

That's a very complete lineup... the only problem is... aside from the
2-seamer all other pitches seems on and off very often.

This game, the most obvious off pitch was the splitter (and it's also the
one pitch he can't seem to throw consistently in the majors for some reason..
and the main reason for his low K rate too) u see him throw 3 strait into
the dirt after going up by 2 strike against Youkillis... and then he left
a sinker too close to the middle and hangs a slider to Manny ... :/

He did K Papi on a changeup though, that seemed to be his only on pitch
tonight, Jorge probably should have went to it more often.

Just goes to show how he's still work in process I guess, he never seem to
have all his pitches at 100 % ... when he can get his sinker on he's going
to be at least ok, when he can get one or two more pitches working he usually
good, when he gets all of them working....... he SHOULD be able to beat any
team... but it hasn't happened yet :/
