[問題] I/O cell 的 高度 與 寬度 ？

[TheFuture (Go to Work？)]

想請教大家一個問題，就是假設 standard cell library 裡的

I/O cell 有 A 與 B 兩種 type，其中 A type 的高度大於 B type

的高度，而 A type 的寬度小於 B type 的寬度，這兩種 type

各適用於什麼樣的 chip 呢？
