看你要用那種type的varactor，如果只是要驗證行為，用verilog-A model就可以了

如果是用在電路上，一般有diode-type跟mos-type，diode-type就用diode逆偏的電容
mos-type則考慮accumulation region 或是 strong-inversion region
t 或 U 的PDK都有varactor的model
