我是VLSI IC designer, 要tape out一個VLSI chip
從integration of digital part and analog macros, I/O pad selection,
選好pad後加scan insertion, clock control, power on/off sequence, packaging
bonding,等等很雜沒有人寫清楚的東西(像眾多I/O pad怎麼選就令人很困擾)
不知有沒有書專講這些細節呢? 實在不想一直煩別人...
我已經看過很多VLSI的書了，都只有介紹觀念，但沒有細節說如何整合tapeout一個IC
我其他front end flow算蠻熟了，像是Synthesis, STA, scan等，postsim等
畢竟這些manual很好找。就是各別tool我都會用，但是整合來要tapeout一個成功的chip
還有許多細節要注意，比如說作whole chip的STA中有加scan, pad, PLL等
就跟module level的STA很不一樣吧
而且如何integration digital core跟許多macros to tapeout flow，沒有manual阿 ><
而且，去trace別人的netlist看如何integration
及看他的makefile環境中有操作一推tool的指令實在很模糊阿 ><
