quesadilla = 墨西哥薄餅煎
是用tortilla做成的墨西哥小吃
通常是前菜
不過我把它做的很有份量...
當成主餐吃也都很ok...
材料:
煎好的雞胸肉丁
蕃茄丁
青椒丁
洋蔥丁
tortilla
cheese
salsa
sour cream
做法:
1.將番茄,青椒及洋蔥均勻的鋪在tortilla上
2.再將煎好的雞丁鋪在上面
3.灑上滿滿的cheese
4.再舖上一層tortilla
5.送進烤箱以400'F烤15分鐘
6.排個盤再加上salsa & sour cream 就完成了~~
其實內餡的變化可以很多
想加什麼都可以!!
