推 goldie:推~ 問一下:一定要用CBR壓嗎? VBR也可以的話建議：
→ goldie:"-V 2 --vbr-new"(~192k) 或 "-V 3 --vbr-new"(~175k)
→ goldie:ICC優過化最新版的LAME.exe在 http://www.rarewares.org/
