2010 KAINAN UNIVERSITY DEPARTMENT OF DIGITAL APPLIED CHINESE INTAKE
Use of Chinese - All classes are to be taught in Chinese, trained by well
accomplished professors, that guarantees students the ability to teach
Chinese upon the completion of this course.
Digitalized - use of digital materials for teaching Chinese. Students will
also be taught how to utilize these specialized digital materials (e-chinese
handbook) in which a student is able to create his/her website in the future.
Dual Majors - based on the student's personal interest to develop a second
skill.
Who can apply: International students of whom Chinese is not their native or
first language.
Ways to apply: No examinations required, but rather through applying.
Successful applicants may then be able to apply for a four visa to Taiwan.
Transfer Students: International students, who are currently studying in
Taiwan and posses a valid student identification card from a university in
Taiwan, have the ability to transfer to Kainan University under the Digital
Applied Chinese department
Exchange Students: Once a student is enrolled in Kainan University, the
student is able to under go an exchange program with Kainan's sister
universities globally.
Application Timetable: Application starts every April while the semester
begins in September.
