I have a 4-room apt which has 3 rooms available now.
The location is just next to Mingde station (Metro).
It only takes 30s from apt to station and 10 mins to Carrefour by walk,
and 15 mins to Taipei main station by Metro.
The rooms are fully furnished (TV, air-conditioning, closet,wardrobe,
queen size bed, fridge, table, mirro, shoe shelf) with restrooms attached,
also microwave and wash machined are provided.
There is a dining place in the apt, u can hang out with your friends & roomies.
The rental includes TV cable, Internet, Gas, Water
and electricity in common area, but electricity in your room is excluded.
