[情報] Looking for a new roommate

    I am looking for a new roommate; the apartment

    is located in Xindian. It’s 7 minutes to MRT

    Xindian district office and 8 minutes to MRT

    Qizhang station. Close to bus stations , grocery

    stories and lots of restaurants.A very convenient

    place near GongGuan and Shida.

    The rent is 9500 (including cable , internet , gas

    and water. We have to share electricity, trash bags

    and toilet paper fees). Deposite is 15000 .There’s

    a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. The apartment

    is on the fifth floor, which is the top floor of the building.

    The room comes with a queen size bad , closet , desk ,

    chair , cabinet and air conditioner. I have some household

    appliances – an electric pot and oven – for cooking.

    You can use it, just clean it after use. We have a big

    fridge in the kitchen , a television and air conditioner

    in the living room . And we have 2 balconies. It’s a

    super quiet and safe place. Also, I have an 11 years

    old cat. Hope you are a cat lover!


    By the way , I am a taiwanese girl , I don’t mind living

    with a taiwanese or a foreigner , but what I want is not

    only a flatmate but a real friend , hope we can share life

    with each other and have real friendship.:)
