minor chords的chord tones可能性裡，沒有1, b3, #5，這種說法
換言之，如果minor chord裡出現b13（也就是你問題裡說的A# or #5）
那麼它一定不是chord tone，而是tension or just a passing tone
如果你聽見的1, b3, #5是對的聲音的話，那麼：
in major scale，它可能是
minor7 (phrygian)
minor7 (aeolian)
minor7b5 (locrian)
in harmonic minor，可能是
minor(maj7) (harmonic mionr)
diminished7 (the 7th of harmonic minor)
in melodic minor，可能是
minor7b5 (the 6th of melodic minor, locrian with nature9)
minor7b5 (the 7th of melodic minor, altered scale)
也可能是diminished chord from
whole-half symmetrical diminished scale
half-whole symmetrical diminished scale
以上常見的minor and diminished scales都有你提到的1, b3, #5(or b13)
總之這個三音如果出現在同一個chord的話
那麼b13一定不會是chord tone
而可能是tension or just a passing tone
因此，沒有Dm+這種triad。
