其次，我也想請問板上有沒有大大植過髮。我把我目前的心路歷程以及家人
的顧慮，在這邊跟大家分享。
我諮詢過將近十位醫生，其中只有蔡仁雨醫師認為我最多植400株，甚至無須
植髮，只要靠改變髮型修飾；其餘的醫師都估計我需要植接近1000株。
經過仔細的考慮，我如果接受近1000株的植髮，的確可以幾乎恢復禿頭以前
的外貌，然而，有一個不確定風險，那就是：以後又禿了怎麼辦？我確信未
來我還會繼續禿。因為我的前額，持續淪陷中，可說是藥石罔效。只不過前
額禿，外表上極不明顯，預計大概還能撐個三年左右。
據我長期的觀察，接受植髮手術的人，幾乎都是四十歲上下，已經禿了半個
頭的中年男子。蔡醫師很直率的表示，他認為我太早想植髮了。
我雖然明白風險，但是我無法忍受自己變成禿半個頭，然後姍姍接受植髮。
我不知道這樣的日子要怎麼過下去。我想請益，有沒有大大是年輕人，和我
一樣也是局部雄性禿，然後接受植髮的例子。我想分享您的經驗，您可以回
信給我，我願意私下拜訪請益。
家父亦寫信勸我慎思：
Dear Son,
It is OK.
But how many times do you plan to rebuild your hair?
Every 5 years till 40 years old? Every 3 years?
Or next time is 40 years old?
Total 3000 pieces is for one time rebuild.
This number could not be cut into too many times of operation.
There is like the "火耗" in Chinese.
For 3 times rebuild, the total useable number would be below 3000.
You will lose the boundery of hair and skin at every operation.
If you make first rebuild at 25, there will be a blank area after
3 ~5 years later. Then you have to do the operation every 3~5 years,
because there is hairline in front and the hair draw back
continueously. If you do it now, I don't think you can bear to wait
for a second rebuild at 40 years old.
