屬完全未依本板格式發表之買屋文，違反本板使用規範第十四條第三項第二款第五目，
依#1RM8WsqV (home-sale)第四點第二項第一款，處水桶九十日併退文。
verylone 於 11/14 發表之文章 #1TpJz7a2 (home-sale)，
除顯無關板旨、內容有謾罵他人之文字外，顯有不合常理之敘述，
違反本板使用規範第十五條第一項第五款，
依#1RM8WsqV (home-sale)第四點第二項第一款，處水桶九十日併退文。
合於前述，合計處水桶一百八十日，惟該二篇文章經本板查獲時已逾七日，
僅作刪除文章之處分。
