二、說明
ttmb發表之數篇文章，雖無直接挑釁謾罵特定使用者或族群，
然其於文章標題及內文中頻以「房蟲」指摘不特定第三人，
觀其文章內容，其指摘之對象並非違法或有足以引起公憤之行為；
其中，#1ToNqAPN 一文除指摘「房板 (意指本板)」部分不特定使用者為「房蟲」外，
更以貶意文字形容公務員，並含有「噁心」「假掰」「廢到笑」等文字，
更含有「媽的」「靠杯」等一般社會通念所認定之「不雅文字」；
而 #1Tp35ErC 一文則含有注音符號；
本板認為其文章有影響看板秩序之虞，但情節未達應禁止其發言之程度，
僅以本板使用規範第九條第二項第一款「注音文」及第十一條第五項「髒話之發語詞」
砍除該二篇文章，望使用者注意發言之用語。
此外，敬告其它使用者勿以回覆文章或推文方式與其爭執。
註1：「房蟲」一詞無明確定義，但以「蟲」形容人，依一般社會通念屬貶意之形容。
註2：該行為人其餘文章亦可能有爭議之處，目前暫不作認定。
註3：不得於置底檢舉區再行爭執與此案相關議題，檢舉請依格式推文之。
