[越獄] Sicarius: iOS 7 多工關閉增強

功能介紹：

iOS 7 AppSwitcher Tweak. Allow swiping SpringBoard page to:

    Kill all apps - When there are apps to kill.
    Respring - When there are no apps to kill.

Also adds a cool 3D card animation when scrolling and dismissing pages.


於開源碼下載並手動安裝 deb 檔，再重啟手機。

測試裝置：iOS 7.0.4 / iPhone 4s　目前沒有遇到問題，使用正常。
