well, I told you, I wrote the letter to apple first (which of course in
English). Also, I believe if I type all English in the beginning, your
reaction is still the same. You just want to find an excuse to boo, right?

This is the letter I wrote to apple
I set timer in my iPhone, when time is up, the alarm rings, I didn't touch
the screen to stop the alarms. Instead, I pull down the notification center
to see the information on my widget.
However, the sound didn't disappear. When I came back to the lock screen,
the stop button disappears. I logged into my main screen, but sound still
existed. I open the clock app, but no way to close it.
Finally, I set another timer and wait for 1 min. It gave me a button to
stop it and finally I can stop it.
I believe this is a bug in IOS, so you should go to fix it.

uh...I just simply don't know how to tranlsate some terms since the interface
language of my iPhone is English. I am just kind of lazy to figure out the
way to say it. Sorry about that
