大家好，
ipad air 2 突然無法做任何操作。（只有電源／touch id)
因此無法喚醒。
己試著，強制重開 及 送回studio A去reset。
但仍依無法操作。
請問，我該拿去外面店家送修(台南)或是有其它建議。
