這3個問題的差別??

3. Which of the following modifiers can be applied to
a class that is declared within an enclosing interface?
其中1,2只差在is跟are , 難道只是差單選跟複選嗎?
題目的問的內容應該是一樣的嗎?
3.enclosing interface??這是什麼意思阿??
還有

2. Which of the following are modifiers that can be applied to
an interface that is a member of a directly enclosing interface?
這兩個 我也有點搞不懂 directly enclosing class ,
directly enclosing interface 的差別??
