[問題] Kitbag回信說退費失敗....

哈囉，想求救一下

之前在k站買東西未到，那邊有送退貨表格來給我填寫，有照版上大大的發文填寫

但之後他寄了一封信給我：

Unfortunately the refund for order RE-8369930 has failed please contact customer services for further Information

請問一下，他都發退費信給我了，地址也確認了，但還說這樣，該怎麼辦...

打電話過去，聽到英國腔的英文，有些聽不懂...

退費退的好煩，煩請各位有經驗的大大，分享一下經驗。
