二、英文作文
I didn't realize that I could be this fortunate that day. It was a
scorching hot summer and I was exhilirated by the coincidence with my idol.
If my memory serves me right, the graduation ceremony was as ordinary as the
ceremony could be, except for one process making it extremely special. The
sturdy but amiable figure showed up in the auditorium. He was Mayor Ma that
at that time. So wonderful was his lecture that I considered him as not only
my idol, but my goal in the life. Knowing that he would participate in the
2008 presidental election, I started to persuade my parents to elect him. Not
to mention, due to the last president, A Bian, was so bad that the people in
Taiwan couldn't believe DPP any more, Mayor Man by all means would be the next
president and hope and the rest was history. After the inauguration, President
Ma really did his atmost to make Taiwan become glorious and flourishing with
his prime ministers.
What president Ma did for Taiwan was very great. For instance, the dispute
concerning the sovereignty of Diaoyu Island has arisen big problem between
Taiwan, Japan and China. However, how irrational Japan and Chine were that
they utilized the military exercise instead of peaceful negotiation. On the
contrary, President Ma instantaneously asked Foreign Affairs ministry to
make a plan to solve this question. Among the schemes, I thought the
composition contest was the best one. Not only did it collect people opinions,
but we can also get award. If my memory serves me right, I got the second.
In addition, the policy of facilitating cross-strait Agreement is kept
conducting by President Ma. As a typical island country, the world trade
is the only way to let Taiwan take part in the globalization. However,
Fei-Fang Lin, Wei-Ting Chen and others students were afraid of the drawbacks
of the policy. The lawmakers of DPP still boycott the policy, too. The student
even occupied the Legislative Yuan and Executive Yuan to reveal their request.
Although they assembled 500 thousands citizens, President Ma obstinately
believed that those in black are the minority. In my opinion, the cross-strait
Agreement is surely Z>B.
Rumor has it that President Ma is an idoit, bumbler, toxic hand, etc. Even
some people said he is a spy of China and has green card. However, rumor is
just a rumor. What President Ma did isn't able to be ignored. He is the hero
of democracy. As the saying goes,"The good president is the cradle of property."
Under president Ma's leadship, Taiwan will be far more flourishing. Although
I am a 22K engineer in Hong-Hai now, I am firmly convinced that president Ma
will bring us to 50K life in the future.
Shaking my hand with president Ma in the ceremony, I was very proud.
So delightful was I that my heart almost stopped beating, and I was hospitalize.
Although I was sent to the intensive care unit, the sound of president Ma's
sound still resonated in my brian.
