小弟剛剛看了一下烏鴉提出的中文版規定
並引用原文加以修改了一下
希望能為PTT做點事情^^

Qualification Of Membership:
1.Whoever being able to read Traditional-Chinese characters on Board
and not refusing to understand them are welcomed.
If unable, you can ask someone to translate them into you mother tongue.
This is also accepted.
2.Relate to Taiwan. Treat Taiwan equally.
Mutual respect is the best way to get along with one another.
3.This is a long-term game. As a result, the rank of Bourgeois is required.
We consider that it's not difficult to reach it in 2 weeks.
Any help and advice are being provided.
Advantages:
1.You're in a guild that is likely to complete the world wonder!
2.Some of us will offer a special bargain to our members only.
3.If you produce woods, stones, bread, they'll definitely not be unsalable.
Rules:
1.It doesn't matter whether you participate in a joint price-hike.
But remember do not mess things up while others are going to conduct this.
