說法有好幾種
sixteen dollars and forty-five cents 應該是最完整的說法
sixteen forty-five 則是比較簡略的口語
.在裡面是表示一元以下 所以在念的時候沒有發音
但如果是在表現數值時就要，像是百分比之類的都要
16.45 % 就會是sixteen point forty-five %
