請問.....可以跟隊上借魚雷嗎

我們系上一行人要去游翡翠灣
希望能跟隊上借魚雷  共7個

精華區說一定得壓救生證
可是   除了我以外   其他人都沒有救生證

這樣隊上還願意借嗎

不知道應該問誰好
有誰能回答我呢....
