Dear 培訓 and 惠沛,
On behalf of National University of Singapore (NUS) University Lifeguard
Corp, I would like to express my warmest greeting to you.
Firstly, I would like to thank NTU Lifesaving Team for hosting us last year
for our Taiwan Lifesaving Exchange program. We surely did enjoy ourselves and
were very glad to be able to meet the Taiwan Lifesavers. Hence, I would like
to take this opportunity to invite NTU Lifesaving Team to our '12th NUS
Invitational Lifesaving Championship' which will be held on 27th and 28th May
2011. This prestigious annual lifesaving competition organized by NUS
consists of pool events, and is open to all local educational institutions
and clubs.
The 11th edition was a special one, as it was our debut attempt at inviting
teams from overseas to compete. We had a team from Australia last year and I
am sure it was a fulfilling experience for them and us. We hope to continue
this friendly-international ties with teams around the world and thus, I
would like to warmly extend this invitation to NTU team to be part of this
historical moment where international teams compete, exchange lifesaving
knowledge, and not forgetting the forging friendships and bonds within the
international lifesaving family.

尊敬的培訓 和 惠沛,
我代表新加坡國立大學救生隊在此向您問好。
首先，我想感謝國立台灣大學(NTU)水上服務隊為我們在台灣所主辦的救生交流活動。這
項交流計劃使我們都獲益不淺也感到非常榮幸能夠和台大救生愛好者見面並互相學習。在
此，我希望能夠藉這個機會來邀請台大水上服務隊來新加坡參加新加坡國立大學所舉辦的
“第十二屆新加坡國立大學救生邀請錦標賽”。這場比賽將在2011年5月27和28日舉行。
這個享有盛譽的年度救生錦標賽包括所有的靜水項目，是開放給所有本地學府和救生社團
參加。
第十一屆對我們來說是一個非常特別的一年。因為去年也是我們首次嘗試邀請海外的救生
隊來參加這個比賽。我們很榮幸能夠邀請到澳大利亞的選手一起和我們本地的選手出席。
我相信這對在場所有的救生隊的選手們都是一個非常難忘的學習體驗。
我們希望能夠繼續同世界各地保持友好的關係，所以我想藉此機會誠心邀請台大水上服務
隊和我們見證這歷史性的一刻，一起和世界各地的選手比賽，交換救生心得和知識，建立
一個友好和無國籍的國際救生大家庭！
