因為mood disorder嚴重的時候也會出現psychotic s/s
這條就我所知來說應該是為了避免混淆
如果患者長期以來都是躁期或鬱期才有的psychotic s/s那診斷就比較不會擺schizo
另外聽說schizo的沒有現實感或者妄想部分有時候不是那麼好判斷
bipolar mania和schizo有時是很難鑑別的
這是聽學長姊講的，有問題再討論唄
