剛剛在閱讀一篇paper時不懂其中一段文章
Based on the estimate of PRIS we identified in our study, and assuming a
power of 80% and a P < 0.05, a future comparative (i.e., propofol vs.
non-propofol) trial would require 2068 patients in each arm to detect a 70%
relative decrease in the incidence of PRIS and 10,795 patients in each group
to detect a 25% relative decrease in the incidence of PRIS.
請問這篇文章是在說自己的power(指效度嗎) 然後之後為什麼各需要2068人和
10795人去 dectect 各70%和50% 的relative decrease in the incidence呢
完全不懂~~@_@
請問上一段是什麼意思呢 relative decrease in the incidence又是什麼意思呢
是relative risk嗎?
