關於Andersen syndrome的治療 在UpToDate裡有一段話
Treatment of Andersen syndrome is complicated because of the opposing effects
of potassium replacement on the QT interval and on skeletal muscle weakness.
Elevation of the serum potassium concentration shortens the QT interval and
suppresses ventricular arrhythmias, but worsens skeletal muscle weakness.
在此想請教 為什麼補鉀反而會肌肉無力呢
