[問題] 請教GI man關於peptic ulcer幾個問題

小弟本身是ENT開業醫
因為abd pain, GERD去做了PES
(因為就近的醫院,那醫生我也不是很熟)
醫生說是Grade C,有做biopsy
讓我先吃兩星期nexium,再f/u

我想請問
1 grade C的意思是?不知道是哪個classification,我查了一下
 peptic大多是用Johnson的classification嗎
 不知臺灣的GI man對於peptic ulcer多是用哪個grade
2. biospy會拿去做H. pylori的culture嗎?不然怎麼知道有沒有H. pylori?
  還有怎樣會開始吃三合一(amo 1g, clarithromycin, PPI)的Rx?
