[感想] 蛋白尿的數據定義...?

   以前唸書的時候，唸到蛋白尿的定義老是搞不清楚

   有的寫一天超過3.5g，又有時候看到3.0g的數據

   今天心血來潮查了一下harrison....

   原來亂源就是它...書上寫的數據前/後不一致....

   提出來供大家參考...

  chapter 45 Azotemia and urinary abnormalities
    Nephrotic syndrome: Proteinuria >3.5 g per 1.73 m2 per 24 h
  chapter 277 Glomerular disease
    Nephrotic syndrome describes the onset of heavy proteinuria (>3.0g/24 h),
    hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, hypoalbuminemia, edema/anasarca, and
    microscopic hematuria.

  還有oliguria的定義也前後不一致...
  chapter 45
    Oliguria refers to a 24-h urine output of <500 mL, and anuria is the
    complete absence of urine formation (<50 mL).
  chapter 273
    oliguria (urine output <400 mL/d contributing to extracellular fluid
    overload).

推 AngelDown:你這是nephrotic range了吧 一般腎臟科指的蛋白尿應該是
→ AngelDown:urine dipstick 3+也就是300 mg/dL 換算一天差不多1-2g
→ AngelDown:SLE criteria的蛋白尿定義也不一樣是大於500mg/day
→ AngelDown:簡單講彼此間距都有一段距離不需要吹毛求疵
