申請期限：101年11月23日(五)下午5:00前截止收件。
錄取名額：UI(MSA) 7-10名、UTD安永深造計畫10名，自費數名。
申請資格：本系大學部在學學生，101學年度第2學期結束前可修畢本系畢業學分者。
申請文件：
一、本系雙聯學位申請表(含切結書，同時申請UI及UTD者，請標明志願序)
二、英文簡歷自傳、英文學習計畫書(請依UI*及UTD**要求書寫，UI需另上網填寫申請資料https://app.applyyourself.com/AYApplicantLogin/ApplicantConnectLogin.asp?id=uiuc-grad
三、中文歷年成績單正本
四、TOEFL語文能力證書影本(正本驗畢後歸還)
五、GMAT能力證書影本(正本驗畢後歸還)
審查標準：
1. GMAT
2. TOEFL (UIUC可以IELTS替代)
3. 學期成績
4. 院系社團服務表現
※GMAT、TOEFL、學期成績三者分別排序後以名次計，排序總名次相近時，由審查老師依院系社團服務表現較佳者優先錄取。

Your statement should describe your reasons for pursuing the degree as well as your personal and professional goals.

Please attach to the application a brief narrative outlining your academic interests. Include any current or long-range interests in research, teaching or other professional objectives. Also, list academic and professional organizations in which you are active and any fellowships, scholarships, or other honors you have
