1. Handling daily process, delivering operation quality and accuracy. (Including: Operating UTA system and preparing the instruction for the custodian banks).
2. Proposing ideas and implementing improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Communicating with the internal client, external client (include channel and custodian bank).
4. Handling problem case and solving customer compliant
5. Implementing project and trial run.
條件:
- 大學及以上學歷, 商業及管理相關科系畢業
- 3年以上金融產業、投信投顧、銀行或證券商之股務作業或客戶服務經驗
- 熟悉境外基金作業者尤佳
- 具投信投顧業務員資格或證券高級業務員資格
- 具英文說聽讀寫能力
- 個性主動熱忱，具備良好溝通能力
- 耐心、細心、 能團隊合作、抗壓性強
