申請期限：97年10月15日(三)下午5:00前截止收件。
錄取名額：UIUC 7名，UTD(安永獎學金) 18名。
(如第一階段不足額錄取，將開放第二階段申請)
申請資格：本系大學部在學學生，97學年度第2學期結束前可修畢本系畢業學分者。
申請文件：
一、本系雙聯學位申請表(含切結書)
二、簡歷自傳、學習計畫書(請依UIUC*及UTD**要求，以英文書寫)：
三、中文歷年成績單正本
四、TOEFL語文能力證書影本(正本驗畢後歸還)

A current resume. This should include personal information (name, address,

experience (length of time in each position and a brief description of
responsibilities), special training, professional associations, and special
skills.

A maximum 1000-word personal statement that describes the reasons for
pursuing the degree as well as personal and professional goals. May be

Essay. Please attach to the application a brief narrative outlining your
Academic interests. Include any current or long–range interests in
research, teaching or other professional objectives. If you have
progressed far enough in your career to have publications or other
evidence of scholarly endeavor, please describe these. If applying for
Humanities, the narrative should be approximately 650 words. Also,
list academic and professional organizations in which you are active
and any fellowships, scholarships, or other honors you have received.
