REI的付款問題

各位大大好:

我又來麻煩大家了...
之前問了大家的意見後,決定要買Sierra Design Lightning Tent
而且他前兩天才從249.95降到189.83,真是令人高興
所以昨天興沖沖的下單,但是REI今天卻寄了一封信來
內容大致是說她們沒辦法聯絡到我的信用卡銀行,所以要我....
"影印信用卡正面及我的簽名並附上地址"---->是這樣嗎?


有人遇過這種情形嗎?
都怎麼處理呢?

 we confirm the credit card statement billing information.
In your case, we have been unable to reach your bank although we continue to
try.

To make this process simpler and more efficient, you could assist us in
processing your order by faxing the first page of your bank card billing
statement showing your name, address and account number.
If it is more convenient for you, you may send this
information as an attachment in reply to this email.
Please add your signature at the bottom of the page for our records.

I need to receive your fax by November 29, 2005 to prevent any possibility
the order will cancel.
