凡推文內容符合下開任一條件者，視為本公告所稱之「跨文章廣告推文」行為：
一、在一小時內於同一看板之五篇以上不同文章發表含同一連結之推文者。
二、在一日內於同一看板之二十篇以上文章發表含同一連結之推文者。
三、在一小時內於同一看板之五篇以上不同文章發表相同內容且無關原文之推文者。
四、在一日內於同一看板之二十篇以上文章發表相同內容且無關原文之推文者。
第一項第一、二款包括不同短網址或跳轉語法指向同一原始網址等情形。
第一項第三、四款包括內容相似度百分之九十五以上之推文。
第一項各款所稱之連結或推文內容，除因公務需求，不問連結或推文內容為何均屬違規。
符合第一項之要件者，應處水桶十年以上、刪除推文、列入本板黑名單。
連署理由、投票意見，均視為推文。
本公告即刻生效。
